Getting startedHow do I choose a first course?
Start with the thing you want to make. Read the outcomes, tools and project brief on a course page, then try its free first lesson. The learning paths suggest an order across related subjects; you can also buy just one course.
Getting startedDo I need experience or a computer?
Courses begin with fundamentals. You can read lessons and take quizzes on a phone, but practical design, programming, spreadsheet and Blender assignments need a suitable computer and the tools named on the course page. Check the free lesson and tool requirements before paying.
Getting startedIs there a deadline or a live class timetable?
The current courses are written and self-paced. Reading and practice times are suggestions, not deadlines. There is no scheduled live-class timetable or included one-to-one tutor service.
AccountsI did not receive my confirmation or recovery email. What next?
Check the email address you entered and your spam folder. Use the resend confirmation option on the account screen when available. For password recovery, use Forgot password from Log in and open the most recent recovery link. If you remain stuck, contact support; never send your password or verification code.
AccountsWill my progress be saved on another device?
Completed lessons and quiz results are saved to your signed-in account. Working notes, lab check-offs and some practice drafts are saved in the browser on that device. Keep a separate copy of your project files and important notes before switching devices.
PaymentsIs payment once or every month?
Each course is a separate one-time purchase. There is no recurring course subscription. External software, paid assets and optional tool subscriptions are separate from the academy course price.
PaymentsPayment was deducted, but the course is still locked.
Sign into the account used for checkout and open My learning. Find the payment in your payment history and use its Verify action. Keep your Paystack transaction reference. If access still does not appear, email support with the course, reference and approximate payment time; do not send card details.
PaymentsCan I request a refund?
Send the course name, payment reference and the reason for your request to contact@bluestackfire.com.ng. The app does not offer an automated refund or a fixed refund window. See the learning and payment terms for the current position; do not send card details.
LearningWhy is the next lesson or quiz locked?
Complete the preceding lesson before continuing. The next module also requires a pass on the previous module quiz. A quiz unlocks after its module’s lessons are complete. If you already did this, refresh My learning and make sure you are signed into the right account.
LearningWhat happens if I fail a quiz?
The pass mark is 70%. Review the feedback, return to the relevant examples and practise the idea again before retrying. A completed practice check-off is your own study record; it does not replace the module quiz.
LearningDo I need to leave the site to watch the Blender video?
No. Choose Watch video in this lesson, then press Play in the embedded player. If loading is slow, use Reload video here. The clip is optional, and all assessed teaching is also provided in the original written chapters.
ProjectsHow do I submit a project?
Finish every lesson and module quiz, then open Final project & certificate in your course. Submit a viewing link and a reflection explaining your decisions, evidence and limitations. Test the link while signed out and share only the access needed for review.
ProjectsMy project needs changes. What should I do?
Read the administrator’s feedback in My learning. Make the requested revision, update your project evidence and resubmit through the project screen. Review approval is separate from completing lessons or passing quizzes. No fixed review turnaround is promised.
CertificatesWhen can I get a certificate?
Complete all lessons, pass all module quizzes and receive administrator approval on your final project. Then request the certificate using the learner name you want displayed. The certificate screen supports printing so you can save a PDF using your browser.
CertificatesIs this an accredited qualification?
The certificate recognises Blue Stack Fire Academy course completion. It does not claim external accreditation, professional licensing, official endorsement by the software makers or guaranteed employment.
CertificatesWhat can someone see when they verify my certificate?
The public verification page displays your chosen learner name, course, certificate ID and issue date. It does not display your email, quiz history or project reflection. Share the verification link when you want someone to check the record.
Still need a hand?
Prepare the course name, a short description and any relevant payment reference. Keep passwords and card details out of your message.
